The character is the asset. Everything else is a render engine. Six stages, one locked identity, and a 40-image library that survives the next tool change.

Jordan is a fictional presenter built with this exact system. Every image on this page is a render from her library. None is a photograph.
I'm Jordan. I'm not a real person. I was cast from four candidates, written into a ten-section specification, and locked on grey before anyone dressed me. Every frame of me on this page came out of the library that process produced.
We built Jordan with the process in this guide. We built Jacob's own AI likeness with it too, from his photographs, with his consent. Six stages either way.
The library is yours. It lives in your folders, not inside one app's history, and you can use it for your own brand or for client work. When a better model arrives, the character moves to it.

Most people build an AI presenter the way they would write a caption: describe her, generate, tweak the last image, repeat. Ten images later the jaw has moved, the age has drifted, and the whole library lives inside one app's chat history. When that app changes, the character is gone.
The fix is a separation. The identity layer is locked: face geometry, age band, skin, hair, proportions, permanent details. The production layer is open: outfit, camera, light, room, action. Change anything in the second layer as often as you like. Never let it become a redesign of the first.
The guide runs that separation as six stages. Three are done once (map the objective, analyse references, specify the character). Three are done every time (test and lock the master, expand the library, render from the root). Every new image starts from the approved master, never from the last output.
Every method chapter is worked on Jordan, with the render printed beside the rule that produced it.

Jordan Edition · The Concept Character System
Jordan is Concept's digital host. She's AI-generated. The strategy and the advice come from our team. Every image of her on this page is a render from the library this guide teaches you to build.
The method is tool-agnostic. Chapter 9 maps it onto ChatGPT Images, Higgsfield Soul ID, Seedance, Kling and ElevenLabs as of September 2026, and explains why the method outlives all of them. The file system and the scorecard work with any engine.
No. It is written for creators, founders and teams. You need a written objective, a few reference images you have the right to use, and the patience to run twelve steps once, in order.
A download button appears the moment your payment completes, and the same link lands in your inbox. The file is a 32-page PDF, about 12 MB.

Only your own, or one you have clear written permission for. The guide's responsible-use chapter covers consent, disclosure and platform rules, and its failure-mode table treats "looks like a celebrity" as a reject.
